The diversity and volatility of the real estate market is illustrated by the story of our recent project, which started with a luxury residential property in Lake Balaton and culminated in two industrial park assignments. From residential to industrial: the road we have travelled
When we were awarded a contract to sell a luxury apartment on Lake Balaton, we had no idea that this collaboration would take us in a completely new direction. The project brought us closer to EBH, who also focus on industrial development projects.
After negotiations, we signed a contract to participate in projects in two industrial parks – Üllő and Szentendre.
Industrial Park Üllő: a key location
The first project is located in Üllő, in the eastern agglomeration of Budapest. This 6.7 hectare development area is extremely promising, as it is an excellent location for business due to its proximity to the M0/M4 motorways, the main road 4 and Liszt Ferenc International Airport. Its logistical potential is perfect, as both road and air transport are easily accessible from here.
A major advantage of the industrial park is its excellent infrastructure. The area is ideal not only for large companies, but also for smaller firms, thanks to its flexible layout and wide range of facilities.
Szentendre Industrial Park: opportunities in a historic town
The second project is located in picturesque Szentendre, where a long-established industrial zone awaits new developments. The 6.7 hectare site is located in the western agglomeration of Budapest, within the administrative boundaries of Szentendre. The excellent transport links make it a very attractive location for industrial businesses. The M0/M2 and M3 motorways are easily accessible via the nearby Budakalaz junction, via the Megyeri Bridge.
This location could be an ideal choice for both manufacturing and service activities, as both infrastructure and transport support business growth. Szentendre is known for its cultural and artistic heritage, but also has great industrial potential, which further enhances the economic attractiveness of the town.
